I just stuck some broccoli chopped quite small in the steamer with some kale. While that was doing it's thing I chopped up some baby tomotoes, avacado, feta cheese and opened a tin of tuna.
When the greens were done I stuck them in bowl, sprinkled on some salt and pepper. Chucked on the chopped bits and tuna. Poured over a little dressing et voila!
This week has been simultaneously long and fast and I have lots to get done tomorrow, including finalising plans for an exciting event I'm holding and picking up my phone after 2 months of it being broken. With the latter news you can expect more posts of the healthy food variety, as I'll be able to take quick snaps before I devour the lot as seems to happen at the moment !
Alas my carriage awaits (aka my boyfriend finally ready) enjoy your Thursday evenings and rejoice that it's Friday tomorrow !
